Every man that God gives vision, he also provides passion and determination. But it is also equally important to choose the people with whom you move with rightly. In the Bible, there have been many life time partnerships of men that served together to death. Today I want to teach you how to choose your right hand men.
The scripture speaks of Gideon at the well of Harod when they were set to fight the Midianites. God spoke to Gideon that the people are too many for him to give them victory, lest they vaunt themselves against God that their power saved them.
Therefore, he asked Gideon to take the men to the water where he will check them. Surprisingly of the 10,000 men, only 300 men passed God's test. Sometimes it's important to examine the hearts of the people you work with for many be that fear, and others be that not careful.
Visions are achieved by men that are both courageous and careful.
God taught me that a vision might transform millions but it cannot be established by number. Learn this, all great visions are built by a smaller team of men that are determined to put a mark on their generation.
This is why if God ever takes your people to the water, never be shocked by the 9,700 whom God will disqualify or the 22,000 that turn back because of fear. Visions are not established by numbers, visions are established by courage and determination.
Prophetic Declarations
Oh Lord, take me to the water and examine my heart. Take everything around me to the water and examine it. AMEN
