Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (KJV)
In life, there are moments when you are called to step into something new, something you have never done before. Many people hesitate, fearing failure. But throughout scripture, we see that God is not limited by your inexperience—He is glorified when His strength accomplishes great things through you on the first attempt.
David had never fought a giant before, but his first confrontation with Goliath was a decisive victory (1 Samuel 17:49-50). Peter had never preached to a crowd before, yet his first sermon after Pentecost brought 3,000 souls to salvation (Acts 2:41).
Great first attempts are possible when your confidence is anchored in the power of God.
These stories teach us that the size of the task or our lack of background does not matter when God calls us. What matters is obedience, faith, and reliance on His Spirit.

Prophetic Declarations
Father, I thank You that Your Spirit empowers me for every new assignment. I refuse to be held back by inexperience or fear. As I take the first steps into new territory, let Your anointing guide my words, actions, and decisions. Cause my first attempt to be a testimony of Your greatness, so that others will see and give glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
