WHY WE DON'T WORRY

June 24, 2022

1 Peter 5:7 'Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.'

God has called us with many callings; a call unto holiness, a call unto fellowship with Christ to mention but a few. But he has never called man to worry let alone carry his own burdens.

One day I asked God why life always seemed unfair to me whilst the rest of the world lived happily; for I found no pleasure in my own life. Until he revealed to me (1Peter 5:7). Casting your burdens upon him.

The principle of casting burdens on Christ functions by knowing he cares for you.

Until you discover that Christ cares for you, that he left his throne to die for you; you might never appreciate life in its fullness. Therefore, heaviness is not of God; his burden is light.

For that reason, you can never be sad in this life. A Christian does not feel sad, does not relate to such emotions because he is in Christ Jesus.

Prophetic Declarations

You have turned my mourning into dancing, you have turned my sorrow into joy and showed me how to overcome. Jesus may your name be praised forever. AMEN
