Acts 19:20 "So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed." (KJV)

The reason the word of God does not work for certain people is because they treat it as a suggestion book. So they have a choice in them; sometimes they do what it says, some other time they do not. However, to experience the power of the word, you have to see it differently.

The verse shows us that the word of God grew and prevailed in Ephesus. They preached it with the understanding that it is a living word and they got the results of the word.

Approach the word as a living one and it will work for you.

For this cause, our businesses grow because we believe the word of God can change them; our marriages stand by reason of the word; our ministries increase because the word is alive; we grow strong in mind and character because we trust that there is life in the word.
