Topic: It's the Fathers that Build the Temple

Ezra 1:5 "Then rose the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all [them] whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which [is] in Jerusalem." (KJV)

In the days of Ezra, God moved a pagan king of Persia to rebuild a temple in Israel. However, he still couldn't do it without the heads of the fathers of Israel. Therefore, he sent out a call to all the remnant fathers of the tribes of Israel to be gathered.

The verse shows us, that God himself had raised certain fathers by his spirit to spearhead the construction. This is a very powerful verse about how the body of Christ is raised when the fathers are stirred up.

God will never move any mandate on earth unless he raises fathers to push it.

It was on such a day, fathers Day in Pensacola,  a small city in the United States of America in 1995 that the spirit of God fell upon people for eight years. Because fathers decided to invite his presence into their life.

As you pray today, ask God to move again in this part of the world, that we may see his works again.
