Topic : What A Man Sees

Genesis 13:14-15 "And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever." (KJV)

Most people say, "Can't God just bless me without conditions?", "If it is God, it does not need conditions." Well, all these statements come from people who either do not know God or are simply growing and are yet to know him.

The scripture shows us that when God wanted to bless Abraham, he asked him to lift up his eyes and see. Whatever land his eyes would see, he would give him the same. You must understand how God views life. He understands that unless you participate, you will not be wise enough to walk in his blessing.

God will never move in a man's life without his participation.

This is why we have people who have responsibilities but do not carry the necessary wisdom to accomplish them. For example, a man has a job but doesn't have the discipline to wake up on time to be in office. This man is suffering from a lack of responsibility that comes with assuming that he deserves the job. This is why God causes you to sacrifice for what you have that when it comes, you are wise enough to care for it.

This explains why God always promotes men who are faithful in a little. When a man lacks faithfulness, he remains where he does not wish to be until he learns to be faithful in what is available.
