2 Chronicles 20:29 "And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of [those] countries, when they had heard that the LORD fought against the enemies of Israel." (KJV)

Every time God raises a righteous man in a generation, he surrounds this man with his mercy and grace. He causes him to overcome the most impossible battles until it is clear that it was the Lord who fought for him.

Jehoshaphat, in his day, was such a man that God was with him. Not only did he fight for him, but he also caused his fear to come upon all the nations around Israel. Because they saw that it was God that was fighting for Israel.

When God fights for a man, it will be evident to all.

It is that reason that we teach men, never to find themselves fighting or against a man whom God has raised himself.
