Romans 8:6 "For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and peace." (KJV)

As a man thinks in his heart so is he. This is one of the commonest statements in the body of Christ yet not well understood. A man is no different from his thoughts and, consequently, his words.

The verse shows us that to think carnal is death and to be spiritually minded is life and peace. The peace in your life is seen through the things you meditate on, the kind of things that are constantly on your mouth.

A life of peace is created by cultivating a spiritual mind.

If your mind constantly thinks intrigue, you will always find yourself in a place where evil is not far from you. But if you begin to think on things that are spiritual, life will return to you the fruit of a spiritual life. Peace is a fruit of a godly mindset.
