THE ULTIMATE CHOICE

Luke 22:42 "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." (KJV)

Walking with God requires a mind that is void of offence and sanctified after the mind of God. Everyone can claim to love God but one who gives up his will for God's will has seen God.

The verse takes us into the prayer of Jesus Christ shortly before crucifixion. We see Jesus praying, wishing the cup of suffering could be taken away but he was also willing to bear it because he would rather walk in the divine will of God.

A man is as godly as he holds up in God's will.

There are many people in salvation who were growing until they were tested. Child of God, walk with God in such a way that, when it requires you to forsake anything for his sake or become anything for his sake; you are ready.
