THE MYSTERY OF PERSONAL EDIFICATION

November 15, 2022

1 Corinthians 14:2 "For he that speaketh in an [unknown] tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth [him]; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries." (KJV)

Many people seek solace in many things in life, some in going on vacations, some in nights out, some in drugs, others find their joy in other people; whether they be spouses or acquaintances. These things provide temporary joy but cannot ultimately satisfy a man's longing for life.

The verse teaches that one who prays with tongues, does not speak unto men but unto God. He speaks mysteries with his spirit; this is the hidden truth that builds a human spirit. The spirit of a man can only be satisfied by its own maker, when that man discovers his purpose.

A man who prays in tongues knows how to access true divine purpose.

Therefore, the best way you can build your spiritual life is to spend hours praying in tongues. This not only edifies you but deposits divine purpose into your spirit from your maker.

Prophetic Declarations.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the gift of tongues which you have given us to build our spirits. Amen
