There is wisdom that governs the relevance of things and the impact of men. Things do not just flourish. That something worked ten years ago, does not mean it will work now. Neither does something work because it's brand new. There has to be a deliberate understanding of when things should be applied.
The scripture exposes us to a very important principle; that, new wine needs to be put in new bottles because it posesses strength to break old bottles. But the same strength by which it breaks old bottles does not give it the ability to taste sweet.
Everything must function in its appropriate time to have full expression.
Therefore, one must understand that there are doors and windows of time apportioned to certain purposes in your life. There will be a time when it makes sense to do certain things. And there is wisdom that teaches you to withhold certain things until a time appointed.
Not everything that failed was done late, but most failed projects came way before their time. Do not be too quick to unpack things ten years before their apportioned time because you're in a race with people whose visions are for that expiring time. Learn to discern the wisdom that makes wine better with time.
