Topic : Why A Believer Needs The Holy Spirit

John 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” (KJV)

The greatest part of being a believer is receiving the Holy Spirit. This is not just an event, it is an experience. Every child of God begins to live a true christian life after the baptism of the Holy Spirit. You can tell the progress of a believer by how he relates to the Holy Spirit.

The verse teaches us that, it is the work of the Holy Spirit to guide us in all truth. Which means that even if you lacked understanding in a certain area, the Spirit of God guides you into the truth of that matter. This is why we tell people that you can never have the Holy Spirit and be confused. Because somehow he will guide you.

You have not lived a christian life until you have fully embraced the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

The spirit of God will always minister to you of things to come.
