Genesis 26:18 “And Isaac digged again the wells of water, which they had digged in the days of Abraham his father; for the Philistines had stopped them after the death of Abraham: and he called their names after the names by which his father had called them.” (KJV)

Most people on earth do not realize that they have been called to fulfill a particular purpose in life—and that it is not coincidence to be born in the family in which you come from. Every detail about your life was planned to help you fulfill God's plan for your life.

The scripture shows us a man Isaac, who had to unstop the wells that were once dug by his father. This is deep! This means that Isaac discovered that he was put on earth to further a legacy that begun in Abraham. Most people do not know that if they studied the families in which they were born, they can easily find their God given purpose.

The greatest percentage of every purpose you ought to be was hid in your family story.

Every man must do a soul search, find out the lineage he descends from. What was their mandate? What are the things that defeated them? What are the things they knew? What are the things they had grace for? These questions and many will put you on a course that only God gives—Fathers are for posterity.
