‍Colossians 3:23-24 "And whatsoever ye do, do lit] heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ." (KJV)

‍One of the things God helped me understand is that things in life are not permanent. Therefore, it matters that you make the most out of every given opportunity in purpose. A man is given time to do everything apportioned, so it matters how you do what you are given.

The scripture teaches us to do things heartily. This is the secret of men who achieve. Once a door of opportunity is opened to do something, give it all your heart. This doesn't mean that you spend the entire day on one thing so as to be diligent but rather that you give it your absolute attention while at it.

‍It takes the commitment of a man's heart on purpose to achieve the desired end.

‍Frustration begins when people give less of what they are capable of. This lack of attention produces scanty results, which in turn discourage men. But a man who works with his heart can not be disappointed because that reward is given by God.
