Topic: How God Builds His Church

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." (KJV)

It is amazing for someone to think that because the world is in such a sorry state,  wickedness is increasing; men are not interested in God anymore; that the church too is in the same place. The church does not follow after the world.

When you examine the verse, Christ Jesus speaks to Peter and says you are the rock and upon this rock, I will build my church. Jesus builds his church upon men whose source of knowledge is from the Father.

The church of God is a billion years ahead of this present world.

Child of God, we come from above. There are things that God has wrought in the hearts of those who hear him that this world has not yet experienced. Therefore, live your life in such a way that you know the gates of hell cannot overcome this world.
