THE BODY OF CHRIST

June 1, 2025

Topic : The Unity Of The Body Of Christ

1 Corinthians 12:13 β€œFor by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many.” (KJV)

The body of Christ is at an all time high fragility, and the issue is not because we have been attacked by strangers or ungodly men. The body is disunited from within; believers literally nolonger regard one another as the same. This is an old trick of the devil by which he has conquered men in the past generations.

The verse clearly states that we have been baptized into one body, which means that there are not many types of salvation but one; yet the members are many. The church has confused the many members to have differences. Yes, we cannot all operate the same way, we may not all pray the same way; but it is by the same spirit.

Brotherly love is the only measure of true salvation, without which; we are no different from any man-made institution.

What uniquely defines the body of Christ is and must be the love for one another; or else we are no different from the secular society. May God open the eyes of the believers.
