2 Corinthians 13:14 “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.” (KJV)

The world is functioning at a fast rate. Everything is moving faster than men are caring to know. Without careful attention, this speed boat has preoccupied the believer's life, that the place of communion with God has dwindled significantly.

However, the verse speaks of the communion of the Holy Ghost. The Greek word is koinonia; which means 'intimacy'. We are called to fellowship with God, to intimately be present to God. This is the place where mysteries are revealed, a place where growth is defined.

A growing Christian creates a place of intimacy with God in his life.

As we spend time in prayer and fasting this season, create a place of intimacy with God. Love on your maker; through worship, through prayer, through the word, sharing with the brethren.
