Topic : LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS
1 Corinthians 14:40 “Let all things be done decently and in order.” (KJV)
God is a God of order. Throughout scripture, we see that every move of God—whether in creation, the tabernacle, the early Church, or the Kingdom—was executed through a system of leadership.
Leadership is not about charisma, popularity, or personal ambition. It’s about divine alignment, responsibility, and functionality.
True leaders understand that the strength of any vision lies in the systems that sustain it.
Leadership is not about position—it is about systems that reflect the Kingdom of God. If we desire revival, transformation, and sustainable growth; we must build as God builds—with precision, with people, and with purpose.

Prophetic Declarations
Father, You are a God of divine order. Teach me to lead with wisdom, to build with systems, and to raise others who can share the burden of vision. Help me not to operate out of chaos or control, but out of clarity and character. Give me the grace to build like Moses, lead like Jesus, and multiply like the apostles. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
