Topic : The New Crop Of Wives

Ephesians 5:24 “Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.” (KJV)

The number of single mothers is at an all-time high, it has become a pandemic. This is coupled with a larger number of unhappy married women. Some have even come to say marriage is not good and advise others not to be married. Whenever the set principles for anything are violated, it cannot work like it should.

The secret of a successful marriage is found in the verse above. Every woman must be subject to her own husband in everything, as the church is to Christ. No woman can ever be happy if she disrespects her own husband. A man is not another woman, and your husband is not another man you know.

A happy wife is one who made up her mind to respect her own husband.

No matter how beautiful or educated you are as a wife. You will never be loved if you do not learn to respect your own husband, especially in public. Two things bring disrespect: A woman who speaks rudely to her own husband. A woman who allows other men closeness.
