Romans 12:2 "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." (KJV)

To walk in God's complete purpose, something significant ought to happen first; one ought to renew their mind according to the word of God. This is important in defining true mandate.

The verse teaches us that a renewed mind is one that is not conformable to the standards of this world, but rather is renewed in God.

A healthy mind is one that refuses to be overcome by the world.

‍

A man is conformed to this world when the passions and emotions of this world overwhelm his ability to walk divine. This is why it is important to offer your body a holy and living sacrifice.
