Topic : Having Everyone On Board

Isaiah 60:22 “A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.” (KJV)

When creating a strong team, everyone matters. Most people build their teams on their strongest players. However, alot more can be achieved if every man knew he had a role to play. Great teams know that every joint should supply. Struggling teams focus on the gift of an individual shooting star.

The scripture teaches a very important principle in understanding that when it comes to spiritual matters, the least can become a thousand and the small one, a nation.  God understands the power of empowering the weakest link in the team.

A team is as strong as its weakest link.

Even as you serve in ministry, understand that the gospel cannot be preached effectively by one person. All must carry the same burden to reach out. The kingdom of God grows by sending every man to reachout. When was the last time you preached the gospel?
