2 Timothy 2:13 “If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.”

You have heard that God causes it to rain both on the good and the bad regardless of the fact that some do not believe. The reason God is impartial is because that’s his nature. He does not bless because people love him; he does because he is a good God.

God’s faithfulness is such that even when we do not believe, he abideth faithful. This is why when you start to understand the ways of God, you begin to walk like him; you love because you are of God not because people are good. You believe not because you see but because you know God.

God’s faithfulness is without guile. He is faithful because that’s his nature.

Therefore, because he lives in us by reason of the Spirit; he expects us to abide faithful by reason of the word not by reason of works.
