Ephesians 4:13 “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

Whenever men speak of the unity of the faith, many picture pastors of different churches seated together on a cup of tea or churches doing a joint crusade. But this is on the contrary, the unity of the faith is simply about knowledge.

In the verse, he clearly expounds what the unity of the faith is all about. He says, "until we come to the same(unity) knowledge of the son of God, unto a perfect man and of the full stature of the measure of Christ." This means all believers will be sound in knowledge, carrying the same convictions and manifesting the same God.

The unity of the faith is defined when the many denominations all come to the full knowledge of Christ.

‍

So that when you come with a question concerning the faith all those who follow Christ will carry the same response regardless of where they fellowship from. This is what we call the unity of faith.
