Topic : The Wisdom of Feeding Lambs
Great leadership is not seen by how strong one is, or even how excellent in mind and speech one is, but by how one is able to replicate his ability in many. World over, many leaders can only run after what they want and use men as stepping stones to their goals but few have the ability to create in men the same passions and abilities.
The scripture reveals to us how one can effectively lead another. He speaks of the principle that governs how lambs feed. “Lambs feed after their own manner.” Which means you can only teach a person if you master how he learns. Not all men learn the same way.
Effecfive leadership studies how men learn and teaches them according to their style.
This explains why even good teachers can miss communicate because they have failed to learn how to speak the language of those they teach.
