Topic: The Jerusalem

Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (KJV)

When people evangelise, most focus on the fact that they are going somewhere; but they fail to follow the pattern that Jesus left us. There is a set order that an effective evangelist must follow.

Notice that the verse says you are to begin in Jerusalem, and in all, Judea, in Samaria and the utter most parts of the world. This clearly gives us the focus that we ought to begin with our Jerusalem. Many want the utter most parts of the world without believing God for the cities where they come from.

An effective evangelist begins with their city before they take distant lands.

Child of God, stretch your faith and believe God for your city. The bible speaks of unwavering faith that brings results. This season we are believing God for our city. Our vision is one million souls in our city.
