1 Corinthians 6:12 "All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any." (KJV)

There are things in this world that are lawful but yet not expedient for the child of God. Everyone could be doing them and it may even be a trend; but the same things may not necessarily be expedient for you.

Every time a believer fails to know what they ought to do or not do, they place their own destiny in harm's way.

It is wisdom to avoid things that can bring you into their power.

All things are lawful but know what is expedient for you so that you may not be put under the power of any.
