Genesis 31:7 "And your father hath deceived me, and changed my wages ten times; but God suffered him not to hurt me." (KJV)

Bullies are responsible for many dead dreams, while this used to be a harmless game. Kids in school were used to where older kids would bully younger ones in the light of orienting them into the new level. Some people grow old with this indiscipline, and go about bullying their way into life. Because no one checked it, there are some who went ahead to open up ministries, and continued in their indiscipline by building ministries by bullying others around them.

The verse shows us a man named Laban who bullied Jacob for a long time; shifting his wages ten times. God did not permit him to hurt Jacob in the process because Jacob was destined for a greater life until God appeared to him and taught him how to deal with bullies.

Until you learn how to stand up to bullies, you will always be defrauded.

I have been in ministry long enough to observe bully ministers who increase not because they are called, but because they bully their way into influence. Some thrive on pulling down fellow brothers, and call it growth. But one thing you ought to know is that ministry built that way can only thrive for a while. Every time a bully is confronted, he folds. Bully ministers produce bully followers.

Child of God, learn to discern that we are children of love. The kingdom of God is about love, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost, not indiscipline clothed in the garment of self-importance. Let's get back to building the body of Christ and stop character assassination; confusing the uneducated believer.
