CONSECRATED - (I)

June 23, 2022

2 Timothy 2:21 "So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences] will [then himself] be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work." (AMP)

If God will use you at another level, you ought to know that you have to separate yourself from the crowd. Whether it is in ministry or secular space; God does not use men he has not consecrated unto the purpose.

The verse shows us that if one wants God to use him; he must consecrate himself from that which is ignoble, and become profitable unto the master. The process of separating yourself is hard but yet necessary, because you begin to align your mindset to that which pleases God.

Consecration is the dimension that marks the chosen from the called.

This is therefore important for a man to decide not to stay in the realm of men who are known by God but not chosen by God. Consecrate yourself unto God and unto your purpose.
