Luke 9:13 “But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.” (KJV)

Every true leader must come to this understanding that, unless you are going to give solutions; leadership is not a space you should be aspiring for. Often times people are in authority, yet they do not realize the reason they are the leaders. A leader is the light of the people.

The scripture brings us a scenario when the disciples of Jesus decided to let the people go because of hunger after Jesus had ministered to them for days. But Jesus asked them to feed the multitudes. What a leader! What a confidence! This is the heart of God.

A true leader must be a solution.

People do not just follow visions because you are charismatic, people will follow a problem solver. Never let an opportunity pass you by because you could not figure out a solution. What truly builds a leadership character is the ability to find answers. A true leader does not worry with the masses, he figures out the answer.
