Topic : The Importance of Leadership

Matthew 12:25 "And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:" (KJV)

One of the keys to progressing homes and institutions is a clear chain of command. The most organised institutions enjoy steady progress and prosperity. But every disorganised institution only gets stagnant.

Jesus reveals this that a house divided cannot stand. I pity nations, families, and institutions who think that creating internal opposing forces to set leadership will bring progress. When you observe the great America which is on a steady fall, you will find that its the energy they spend in having two opinions that is causing nations which seem to push one agenda to rise against them. Great Britain, which is one of the longest reigning empires, did so because it had strong leaders.

True leadership goes a long way in defining direction.

Jesus understands how this world is set, and that's why he speaks this truth. If a nation needs to move forward, it needs to pick an able man and stand squarely behind him, and so are families, institutions, and any other establishment.
