THE SPIRIT OF PROCRASTINATION

Topic : Defeating The Spirit of Procrastination

Proverbs 6:9 “How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:” (KJV)

One of the spirits that is responsible for every dead dream, every delayed destiny, is the spirit of procrastination. When a person fails to defeat this spirit, they always find themselves failing to do the things God has put in their hearts; choosing rather to settle for convenience. The danger in convenience is that it never has the power to take you where you're going.

The verse asks a question? When wilt thou arise from thy sleep oh sluggard? Many people today are stuck because they just couldn't take the first step. Child of God, the devil may not attack you with demons, but yet such innocent characters, can affect how far you are going.

Greatness is birthed at the defeat of procrastination.

Every great individual, that put a mark in this world started with facing his reality in the face. Pushing responsibilities into tomorrow will not change your life. But rising up to the occasion will.

Hallelujah. Amen
