For a long time i have observed an evil under the sun that Christians,especially young ministers in the gospel are taking on a norm but yet it is evil.  I have been watching  this wave in our country Uganda where the young ministers grow in relevance by beating the older ones they have found.

It has been so rampant that now it is a pattern, whereby if you want to become something, you must rise up on a certain man of God and come beating him so that you can build your ministry. It has worked for a while but I prophesy to you that it will not stand forever because it is not the truth.

If you want to build a vision, a ministry, build it out of a pure calling of God. Don’t seek relevance by using another man’s name, by fighting men you have found.

If you read out all through African political history about our African leaders who came into power as young leaders full of energy, thinking they were strong and wiser than the wisdom of their leaders until now history has judged them likewise also, we have many ministers who have began their churches out of pure rebellion, competition, envy and strife and because they began like that,even those they have produced have also become like that.

Young ministers must begin to learn from fellow young ministers that you must have the wisdom to know, to learn that you cannot speak, talk or discredit something you have found. That is not the way of the bible, it is not the way of truth, and it is not the way of Christ.

If you want to build relevance, “sit down and build a name, sit down and build a reputation, sit down and build wisdom”.

Every man you see today that has a following and has people following him,they have sat down to understand God in a certain way. There are things theyhave done, they are things they have understood and my question to you, askyourself these questions, what are you doing now with your time? What are you doing now with your life?

Some of you at your age instead of spending time seeking God, reading the word of God, you are busy attacking other ministers. It will stand for a little while but history will judge you.

The man of God you are fighting, the ministers you are raising you young men, the same young men after are going to also fight you just as you foughtmen of God and after they have fought you, they will soon discover that you arenot as deep as they thought you were.

I am laboring to share this to help some young ministers, Christians to understand the wisdom of God. This is why when we build we must understand by which wisdom we build. “Don’t build a vision out of selfish ambition; don’t build a vision out of confusion. Don’t build a vision out of competition. Build a vision out a calling of God. You must know that God has called you.“

In our generation, we have sons beating fathers and there is no one rebuking this madness. If no one is rebuking this madness, let it be on recordthat Prophet Brian Kagyezi rebuked all pastors who rebuke older pastors,rebuked all men who stand against their teachers. If a man ever taught you and you come out to come against him, may you be accursed.

Learn this, there is no wisdom in you. You become what you have become because of the men that which have taught you. Because of the men which havebuilt you. We do not desire to be greater than the men which God has set to begreater than us. We stand to receive from these men.

Because many people are not taught, they don’t understand the functioning ofthe spirit, they do not understand the ranks of the spirit. If you are aspiringto begin ministry, understand this, after many years, something is going to bewritten about your life and if you are the kind who fought a man of God,history will judge.

Anyone who learns from me and follows me hear this and learn it from mewell, we do not fight men who have been there before. We do not raise ourvoice, we do not intimidate, we don’t speak against, we do not fight becausethat anointing they represent, it is precious anointing, and it is thatanointing that produces wisdom.  

Now there is someone out there thinking I am saying these things to controlpeople but you see, that is a cheap mind because we cannot control peoplebecause we do not have that power except God.

Learn better as a young minister, Christian, a leader, a father, whereveryou are in life,  if you want to live in wisdom, understand this, spendyour youth years studying to show yourself a man approved unto God that needethnot to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Spend your time doing things that are building your generation, spend yourtime doing things that changing people’s lives, spend your time impacting andinfluencing peoples’ lives.
